Thursday, April 15, 2010 TAX DAY TEA PARTY Northern Virginia Tax Day Tea Party will a rally be from 3pm to 5pm. We will be holding this in the right of way behind Fox Mill Fire Station 31 - 2610 Reston Parkway, Herndon, VA 20171-2559. Please RSVP here if you plan to attend.

 

Tuesday, April 6 - Anti-Tax Rally - 6 PM, at the Fairfax County Government Center to kick off the budget hearings. Call: (703) 502-0161. The time of this event is confirmed with the organizers.

We will be testifying before the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors on the third and final day of testimony as speaker number 100 on Thursday, April 8, 2010.  The session starts at 3pm but my testimony won't be heard until after 6 or 7 pm. 


Please call the Fairfax County Clerk at 703 324-3151 and testify against spending and tax increases.  You can sign up to testify online at BOS The hearing date is the April 6 - 8 Budget hearings.  We need folks just to attend these hearing even if they do not testify, the big government types come out in force at these meetings. If you are scheduled to testify at the BOS meeting, please click here to advise us to your testimony time frame and whether you would like help in preparing your remarks.

The Virginia 10th Amendment Revolution Lobby Day/Rally WAS held on capital grounds in support of 10th amendment legislation to challenge the powers of the federal government not delegated to it by the states.

Lobbying began at 9:00AM and went on throughout the day with a Rally hosted by Virginia Campaign for Liberty at the Bell Tower from 10AM - 11AM.

Support conservative talk show host Michael Graham's, formerly of WMAL, book signing. He is making his first return trip to the DC area since he left WMAL this coming Thursday. He is town for a book signing of his new book:

"That's No Angry Mob--That's My MOM!: Team Obama's Assault On Tea Party, Talk Radio Americans." http://www.michaelgraham.com/book for more info re: the book) He wrote this book as a full-throated defense of tea party attendees and talk listeners. The protest is from 6pm to 8pm and the signing is from 7pm to 8pm.

Michael Graham was railroaded off the air at WMAL for comments that were not politically correct. Stand against Obamacarea and stand up for free speech.
